Spray Foam Insulation

Spray Foam & Attic Insulation

Closed- and open-cell spray foam for basements, rim joists, garages and walls, plus attic insulation upgrades.

Heating and cooling equipment works best in a well-insulated, well-sealed home. Better insulation reduces drafts, lowers energy bills and can let you install a smaller, less expensive system.

Where spray foam helps most

  • Basement walls and rim joists — one of the biggest sources of heat loss
  • Rooms over garages and cantilevered floors that are always cold
  • Exterior walls during renovations
  • Crawl spaces

Attic insulation

Topping up attic insulation is one of the most cost-effective upgrades in an Ontario home, and it is eligible for rebates under the Home Renovation Savings Program.

Why combine insulation with HVAC

Because we do both, we can size your new furnace or heat pump for your home after insulation — and help you bundle upgrades for larger rebates.

Signs you should call us

  • Cold floors above the garage
  • Drafts in the basement
  • Ice dams on the roof in winter
  • Upstairs too hot in summer
  • Planning a basement renovation

Common questions

Is there a rebate for insulation in Ontario?

Yes. The Home Renovation Savings Program offers insulation rebates, including attic insulation as a single upgrade and larger insulation rebates when combined with a home energy assessment and other upgrades. We'll help you check current amounts and requirements.

Closed-cell or open-cell spray foam?

Closed-cell foam is denser, adds a vapour barrier and is best for basements and rim joists. Open-cell foam is lighter and good for sound control in interior applications.
