How to make sure you qualify
- Talk to us before work starts. Some options require a home energy assessment before and after the upgrade.
- Choose qualifying equipment. Heat pumps must be on Natural Resources Canada's qualified products list; water heaters, windows and doors must be ENERGY STAR certified.
- Keep your paperwork. Invoices must show model and serial numbers and installation details — we provide these.
