Frequently Asked Questions

Is the in-home assessment really free?

Yes. Assessments for new installations and replacements are free and come with a written quote. There is no obligation to proceed.

Which areas do you serve?

We are based in Richmond Hill and serve the Greater Toronto Area, including Markham, Vaughan, Thornhill, Toronto (North York and Scarborough), Aurora, Newmarket, Stouffville and King City.

Are you licensed and registered with TSSA?

Yes. Allseason HVAC Inc. is a TSSA-registered contractor. Gas work is completed by a certified G2 gas technician and air conditioning work by a certified 313D residential air conditioning mechanic.

Do you speak Chinese?

Yes. We provide service in both English and Mandarin.

Why don't you list prices on the website?

Every home is different. Equipment size, venting, ductwork, electrical capacity and access all affect the cost. A free assessment lets us give you an accurate written quote instead of a guess.

When is the best time to replace a furnace or air conditioner?

Before it fails. Spring and fall are ideal because you have more scheduling flexibility and can compare options without an emergency.

How long does equipment usually last?

Typical lifespans are about 15–20 years for furnaces, 12–15 years for central air conditioners, 15 years or more for heat pumps and 10–15 years for tank water heaters, depending on maintenance.

Do you help with rebates?

Yes. We help you check eligibility for Ontario programs such as the Home Renovation Savings Program, select qualifying equipment and provide the documents you need.

How quickly will you respond to my request?

We reply to online requests the same business day and aim to schedule assessments within a few days.
