Furnace Installation & Repair

High-efficiency gas furnace installation, replacement, repair and annual maintenance by licensed gas technicians.

Your furnace is the most important appliance in an Ontario home from October to April. We install and service all major brands of high-efficiency (95%+ AFUE) gas furnaces, including single-stage, two-stage and modulating variable-speed models.

What's included in a furnace installation

  • Heat-loss calculation to size the furnace correctly
  • Removal and disposal of the old unit
  • Gas piping, venting and condensate drain done to CSA B149.1 code
  • Permit and TSSA-compliant installation where required
  • Start-up, combustion check and carbon monoxide safety test
  • Thermostat setup and a walkthrough of the new system

Repair or replace?

As a rule of thumb, if your furnace is over 15 years old, needs a major repair (heat exchanger, control board or blower motor), or your gas bills keep climbing, replacement usually makes more sense. We'll show you the numbers and let you decide.

Signs you should call us

  • Furnace is 15+ years old
  • Rooms heat unevenly
  • Short cycling or frequent restarts
  • Yellow burner flame or soot
  • Rising gas bills
  • Strange banging or squealing noises

Common questions

How long does a furnace installation take?

Most furnace replacements are completed in one day. We'll confirm the timeline in your written quote.

How often should a furnace be serviced?

Once a year, ideally in early fall before the heating season. Annual maintenance keeps efficiency up, catches safety issues early and is often required to keep the manufacturer's warranty valid.

Do you repair all furnace brands?

Yes. Our licensed gas technicians service all major brands, including Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Amana, Trane, American Standard, Rheem and York.
